I know what bad dialogue tags are, but OP listed one of the main kinds of bad dialogue tag separately from unnatural ones so I'm thinking it's something more specific?

Maybe like, hissing when there's nothing in the dialogue that can be hissed?

OP here. Yes, that's one of the things I despise. Or "barking" used when it doesn't make sense. Also, I dislike (to a lesser degree, but still) dialogue tags that are tonally weird and clearly chosen because the author didn't want to use "said" again. Remarked, exclaimed, mused, argued... that sort of thing works for me only in intentionally formal or historical stories. And even then I often find it distracting and blah.
