stop trying to make ffetch happen. Anyone on ffa BFE who is desperate enough for drama to be interested is already aware that coal exists & Yuletide is happening and knows to check here.

My guess is they mean newbies and casual BFE readers. I don't think coal gets mentioned very often in those threads.

Probably more like FFA BFE regulars picked up on the things happening on coal, and want to discuss it on their main comm. I don’t usually go on coal, but I’m subscribed to this thread because I’m interested in what’a going on.

The mods in BFE and the FFA mods don't want it discussed there at all, is the point.

They have rules about revealing details of discussion in flocked or invite-only places. Like, I have huge issues with the FFA modding (don't get me started on how they've handled Gaza), but this is a clear rule and I think it's a fine one.

They have always been really inconsistent about whether or not Discord is considered locked, even if it's invite-only.

It's been pretty consistent: public servers and servers with an open invite policy (like EAD & the FFA server) are fair game. They're treated like locked LJ communities with open membership. This mod discord doesn't have open membership, so posting verbatim is breaking flock.
