Isn't that what happened? They were a PH, I think, then the PH got claimed, then the PH reappeared

Looking through Soulmates Exchange posts and some BFE, they went out post-deadline (January 20, PH 19). As of the BFE Pinch Hit post on February 13 (12 PM UTC) only PH 15 was unclaimed. Then there was a brief period where all pinch hits were claimed, but as of February 14 4:55 PM (CST? That's the time the post was made and they list deadlines in CST), PH 19 was back.
