FFS, the term got coined because people were having a conversation about how some writers had works where their John/Rodney, Dean/Cas, Clark/Lex were all written exactly the same, and they wanted a shorthand way of describing that particular variant of bad writing. If the original conversation had been about writers using the same characterisation for Harry/Hermione, Dick/Barbara, or Jon/Sansa then it would have been a different name. It's not homophobic to dislike poor characterisation of your faves, and the fact that you alone have decided that the acronym must be homophobic doesn't make it true especially as you don't appear to have a coherent argument beyond "I said so."
