Don't mention details about your personal life in your exchange letter, period. This isn't limited to sex life, it also includes health, job, romance etc. not because it's shameful, but because you're forcing someone to find out things about you they have no business of knowing and never signed up for.

It would also be oversharing if they talked about their personal experiences with pet death or that they love it when half of their ship gives the other half roses and cooks for them because that's what their RL partner does for them. Oversharing isn't limited to NSFW things.
