I want unhinged, possessive, so-wrong-it's-right villain/protagonist.

I requested that for two out of three of my fandoms, so the odds are good I'll be matched for it; we'll see if someone actually writes it for me >.>

30k+ longfic casefic focusing on the platonic mentor/mentee dynamic between two characters, preferably with a hefty dash of hurt/comfort, ideally with some really tropey magic curse cliches to really round everything off. The real cherry on the cake would be if the story is based around/inspired by a cool historical or mythological event which means I get to read up on it and do research of my own so I can go 'OH MY GOD that's so cool how they worked it all in!'

That's it. That's the dream. I am a simple being with complex wants.

I'd love to wake up to a 10k+ chunk of f/f frenemies to lovers with just the right level of fucked up and hot. Bonus points if it's a soulmate AU that leans hard into the concept while also keeping its tongue in its cheek.

I am sure tomorrow's me will want something else from the list (I narrowed my requests and prompts down to only things I really want), but right now, that's what I am dreaming of.

I don't know, they seem to be into everybody lives AUs. And even failing that, I think you could write Caleb/Nathan within the context of the movie (and hit their smart characters and working relationships likes), although I admit it would take a bit of handwaving of the timeline to get it to fit and have the rest of the movies canon events still happen.
