I would for sure throw it in my offer if I saw it needy on the summary.

...I'm not sure the mods would approve, though, they said something this year about not wanting to approve wank as fandom or something like that :/ spoilsports

I mean, Goncharov and Ghost Soup Infidel Blue weren't fandoms either and the latter was an actual Yuletide in-joke, so I don't see why Winterblumensaat shouldn't get in (especially given that one of the mods actually wrote for it).

Goncharov iirc was nominated as the fanart movie poster.

If you could come up with a specific work to nominate they'd probably take it, but I don't think they'd allow, like, comment threads on their own admin comm as fanworks.

Yeah, you're right. It would be trickier these days, especially since they're cracking down. I'd normally suggest creating a tumblr post for it since those have gotten in before, but I do know that this year, they rejected at least one of those, so they have tightened up their criteria and given what they were saying in the evidence post, it sounds like they're closing up a lot of loopholes on things that previously snuck in. (Too bad no one created a viral movie poster for Winterblumensaat, or it could have been the new Goncharov/Cordelia/Crow Boy.)

You probably could try a book jacket/movie poster for Winterblumensaat! If you did it in like, spring, it would be less obviously made just to get it into yuletide, it might pass.

I missed that they rejected a tumblr post this year. Do you remember which it was?

I was thinking of the bin chicken vs the cobra chicken one written in the style of Jerry Palotta. The nominator specifically said they created the tumblr post for the sheer purpose of nominating this concept, which the mods were wary about. "We're afraid we are not willing to take the tumblr post as a fandom in itself, because we don't want to open the door to other people writing specific story scenarios they want and submitting them as fandoms." Thus, it was rejected.

Also, while I was checking the evidence post to find it, I also saw a nom for the tumblr post for the Marie Claire Fashion shoot (Ni Ni and Liu Shishi), which the mods also rejected as a fictional fandom, though they did say it could be nominated as RPF.

I'll just write them all as Prussian, that's totally not the same. Also, I'm choosing to believe your likes mean you're cool with me writing graphic polyamorous smut since you've clearly opted into them running a train.
