I am now picturing the mods furiously brainstorming as they try to disguise a real question about, idk, dirty talk or sex toys among multiple decoy questions about diapers, free use, or infidelity.

If I was a mod, I'd just point blank ask them what kinks they specifically opt into rather than trying to come up with a list to ask about if an author e-mailed me. But if I was the author, I wouldn't even bother writing them smut with a DNW like that.
