I feel I could write the exact same Wolfgang/Kala/Rajan fic for all seven of these. There's really not much to choose between them, so they're kind of vaguely in order of decreasing specificity/increasing blandness but except for ofunaq definitely going last, they're pretty interchangeable, at least in terms of what I would end up writing.

GoggleMonkey/echotunes -- Does everything optional details need to do. No letter, but I could write treats for this.
lorax/ofunaq/Yukito/LavenderTownsGhost -- No letters, very basic optional details. I could write something for these people but I wouldn't treat them.
DigitalMeowMix -- The optional details are just lists and the letter contains some kind of word salad for this fandom. I'd go ODAO for this one.
Rabbit -- Mostly wants characters not in the tagset, DNW "gross kinks," has no real prompts, letter is essentially useless. I'd go ODAO for this one.

LavenderTownsGhost: Bare bones signup, but there's enough here to get across that they do really seem interested in various character constellations, so I would treat them with friendship gen fic about two characters that don't often get written about together.

Beatrice Otter: I like the characters, and I do mostly align with everything they say, so it's not an ID mismatch. Very nitpicky, but since this is a "one or more characters" request, I wish there were more prompts about Lito, Hernando, and Daniela that are not just about them as a cluster. But could definitely write something for them.

DigitalMeowMix: This would be fine as an assignment - I do appreciate the meta prompt about different TV cultures, but it would require a lot more thought and research to come up with something actually clever here, so I probably wouldn't treat unless a glorious idea occurred to me randomly in the shower.
Also they lose a couple of points (again, super nitpicky) for (a) unpublished Gdoc letter, and (b) the mess they made of their commata in the list of likes.

echotunes, GoggledMonkey, Yukito, lorax: I don't mind Wolfgang/Kala/(Rajan) per se, so I have no issues with these signups, but I just don't feel inspired to write the ship(s), so I wouldn't treat because I don't have any good ideas.

ofunaq: At first glance similarly to LavenderTownsGhost, but I feel like their take on the canon is just a little bit misaligned with mine in a way that would make it difficult for me to treat.

Rabbit: Immediately disqualified for requesting characters not in the tagset.

goggledmonkey - i vibe with the ot3 prompts and their likes.

lavendertownsghost - seems like they might like a nice post-canon slice of life thing which i could work with. i don't feel equipped to write it but i would absolutely read a daemon au.

lorax - sort of general but i like the lito idea

yukito/echotunes - these are fine! they're not immediately sparking inspiration for me but i could figure it out if i had to.

ofunaq - not into write anything requests.

digitalmeowmix - don't like gdocs letters, disqualified

rabbit - mostly about unrequested characters, disqualified. annoying because writing about the loved ones could be fun and it wouldn't have been hard to frame the prompts around the requested characters and then say i'd love it if you included felix and jela too. also dnw: gross kinks and ending the dnw with an etc made me roll my eyes.

beatrice_otter - b_o, disqualified. also, it seems more general as apposed to being about the four characters she requested. Feels like she should have nommed and requested worldbuilding instead. the most interesting sentence in there to me is the one about Whispers' cluster and she didn't request him.
