While I agree that there's not a lot of Black Jewel fics out there that don't rely on those tropes and that it's very common for them not to be tagged for mentions of its canonical usage, at the same time, even the books themselves aren't non-stop noncon. I'm not saying the story would be long or amazing, but you could definitely write 1000 words of two characters bonding over a shared interest or doing something magical or celebrating some event in a village without having to mention, oh yeah, and this character was raped. (I've already found several fics that could work with maybe a sentence or two taken out at most, and at least one past gift already written for one of the requesters that they enjoyed with those limitations.)

DNWing a tag is not the same as DNWing a character. You can mention Tersa without having to go into details on what made her that way - no one's pulling a Inigo Montoya and running around, proclaiming their backstory to everyone they meet. Like I get being frustrated that people are DNWing things that are pretty prevalent in both canon and fandom, especially if those are the only requests, but seriously, it's not as impossible as you make it seem. But if you think the only way to write a story for this fandom is to violate a DNW, then it's definitely best that you don't create anything for these requests.
