Yep! Fairly sure they actually did like it and actually do want more of the same, based on their comment, and what they said in the signup is pretty clearly encouraging their new writer to do something similar not just fill the same (fairly broad) prompt. Also my fic was the first fic ever written in the fandom, so I can see why they might have wanted to say something - if their writer checks the fandom tag they will immediately see that I wrote for the same prompt for the same person last year.

(Incidentally I'm in same situation with my recip this year, where I checked the fandom tag to see what sort of stuff had been written and the only other fic was written for them in Yuletide two years ago for what is almost certainly the same prompt. Or at least about the same minor character they said they just wanted anything for. But they didn't mention the other fic in their prompt so I've got no real idea if this is an "I loved it give me more" or an "I hated it let's try again" situation. But I suspect it's also "give me more" based on their comment on that fic, it was pretty good.)
