... oh, ugh, I did not read that carefully enough. What an asshole. We are alike in that we both are more invested in the writing part of the exchange, but I wouldn't even say that much where my assigned writer might see it and get the wrong idea/feel bad about it. Much less all this condescending, judgemental bs about how other people approach the experience.

yeah tbh my main motivation for doing yt is writing but that doesn't mean my gift is just a bonus, and it also means that what i enjoy is working to craft a story specifically for the person i'm writing for, so this level of 'eh just give me whatever' would make it less fun for me.
