I noticed this when they were on the pinch hit post but I find it weird that Nope only puts a single line in their signup when they have paragraphs of prompts in their letter.

Yeah, especially when they were one of the first to sign up! They had heaps of time!

maybe it's a tradition for them?

I kinda prefer this approach (short sign-up, long letter) when looking for things to treat. A quick scroll on the app, and then I can click the letter if I'm interested.

i never care how the information is conveyed as long as it's conveyed. i've known nope for basically as long as i've been in fandom and he rarely ventures off his own blog, so i bet he's just more comfortable in the LJ clone setting than on ao3's challenge signup page. at any rate, he's a good recip and an excellent writer. i wish we had more overlap nowadays.

It's not massively weird. It just gives the faint impression they're interested in only one thing or can't be bothered writing prompts.

I'm reading CYRT's reaction as a very mild "huh" at most.
