They went to the modding server to ask a modding question designed to get people to go "No, you're so right queen, your recip whose email you're sharing in identifiable detail is such a jerk" and the server took them up on it.

No, the story has been pretty coherent throughout except for the people who kept trying to cover their asses with a smokescreen about how it wasn't that bad that was immediately busted by someone else posting direct leaked quotes.

There's been one narrative supported by all direct logs, and a different narrative supported by probably one or two coalies vaguely paraphrasing the conversation or claiming things were taken out of context.

That paints a pretty clear picture.
