I mean it’s probably meant as a joke to the people in the server. But it’s also literally what it’s called.

Oh yeah, no doubt about that. It's just so profoundly stupid from the outside.

Pretty sure the joke came before the server. Unfortunately, the label now seems less of a joke and more of a truth.
