It's definitely possible to reword something while bashing it in the process, that's how you do parody, satire or, I don't know, spitefic. I've seen it done recently with the CaitVi Kinktober wank. If the person who requested the EPH was mistaken and their claim was unfounded, great! But why do the mods hate them so much?

"i wonder if they thought i wouldn't verify...? and would just be like 'omg so sorry, i'll put you out for eph' idk lol*"
