Interesting difference between the luigi thread and the genocide thread, luigi gets a couple of bait comments, and some people confused by it being here,but mostly jokes. Genocide thread gets people screaming about how people should leave coal and straight to nasty ass comments. There both equally offtopic but only one geets the nasty vitriol from our resident trolls, like their constant screeching about offtopic doesn't belong here stuff only gets thrown at the Palestine nonnie's threads, as apparently they're ok with other offtopic posts. What really doesn't belong here is coalies so vocally and unapologetically racist that they shit the place up just by existing.

Don't be obtuse, the racist trolls who respond to the palestine threads with abuse and aggression have repeatedly stated that they post those comments not because they're racist but because the threads are iff topic. If those claims were true and they aren't actually racist they would have responded to the luigi thread and other off topic threads in exactly the same way that they respond to the genocide threads, with anger, abuse, demands for the poster to leave, etc. That they didn't do that on the luigi or other offtopic threads puts lie to their claims of not being racist, they target the genocide threads specifically and don't care about other offtopic threads .

It's simple maths, either all off topic posts are unwelcome and should receive the same abuse, or the trolls are happy for most off topic threads to exist without the need to post abuse and are only specifically targeting the palestine threads, which is demonstrably what's happening here, and yes that's racist.

I agree you can't rule out racism. Personally, I don't want to talk about the genocide here, though, except to signal that I believe Israel's actions are a genocide. This isn't really a community and I have no trust in the value of trying to hold a serious conversation here about world events.
