I don't know how you justify saying that, because it clearly is. Nearly 40,000 Palestinians have been killed since October last year and cities have been razed. There is nowhere safe to go - even the refugee camps and the places that the Israelis tell the Palestinians to evacuate to are shelled.

By any reasonable definition of genocide, what's happening in Gaza absolutely qualifies. How exactly are you defining genocide? Because most experts in the field who have spoken on this including Israeli scholars agree that the current situation is a genocide. Or are you one of those racist nutjobs who think that Arab deaths don't count.
