Caring about what the fic dialogue is like sure is.

Birds are pretty, while we're just saying stuff.

I'm sorry you aren't following the context - I'll make it clearer.

A: "Trying to work out the significance of why the corpse was displayed in a certain way makes up a lot of the dialogue between Will and Hannibal on the show." [also covers flayed corpses]

B: "And almost none of the dialogue in the fic." [also covers flayed corpses]

C: "I cannot emphasise how strongly I disagree that an exchange fic for a blank sign-up should follow fanon."

D: "Not writing 350 word flayed corpse descriptions" is not "following fanon", hth."

E: "Caring about what the fic dialogue is like sure is."

Not writing 350 words of flayed corpse descriptions still isn't "following fanon" and the idea that we're talking about dialogue came entirely from your imagination.

But I can see why you struggle with Yuletide!

... the comments about dialogue are right there.

Okay, I'll let you have the last word when you reply. I hope you're having fun.

You: Writing about something other than corpses is not "following fanon."

Them: But intentionally avoiding writing about corpses because of fanon *is* following fanon.

You: Now you're just saying random sentences!
