Yeah, this is nonsense. Don't write unrequested knotting, you weirdos. Do write requested knotting, though. In fact, right now, go through all the letters until you find the ones that are objectively cool with omegaverse and write them treats. I'm not saying one of them is me, but you should definitely do that.
