A few times over twenty years. There was once I had to email the mods to tell my still-anon author to stop emailing me, that was fun. When I've asked for clarification on something the only time I've had a really satisfactory answer was in a non-YT exchange, in yuletide it's either been the mods saying "They didn't reply, do whatever" or a response from the recip that clarified nothing.
