ayrt I don't know if there's anyone who actually wants that in the way I phrased it! I think it's more of a thing with smut likes, though I've seen exchange fic that seems to be doing it with non-smut likes a few time. I don't think anyone tries to work through the whole list with full-on prompts and tropes though.

But I have seen enough kinkmeme requests that are just "pairing, list of specific sex acts", even if it's wildly OOC or would take a huge amount of backstory to get there, and then leave effusive praise on an atg fill, that I suspect there are plenty of people.

There are definitely people who want specific things in the their sex scenes no matter who the characters are or what the setup is, though. There are people with bulletproof kinks who will like it if it has their kink in it no matter what else it does, but there are also people who want their slash sex scenes to be blowjob, three fingers, anal, two orgasms, every time (or at least there used to be a lot of them). I think some people who use fic to get off, get off to certain things consistently, and want to see their characters doing those things, so they can get off while visualizing their characters, and that's valid, but it's not my thing.

And there's definitely people who find certain things very unsexy even if they're not DNW-level, which is why a lot of smut writers really want a list of smut likes, whereas people who emphasize characterization porn are more likely to mirror the characters' arousal regardless of the acts.

And regardless of whether anybody wants it, I have read enough kinktober-type stories that were clearly written that way, just formulaically forcing the characters through the motions of whatever the prompt was without any real thought for why it's hot for them (or the reader,) for me to want to avoid accidentally requesting it.
