Lol yeah it’s definitely not for everyone! I am just a mega procrastinator so it’s the lesser of two evils for me. I usually stick to 5 minute bursts so that it’s less likely I’ll get interrupted mid-session, and so that if I do lose my work I remember the ~200 words I’ll wrote well enough to recreate them afterwards.
