I was wondering if there was something about the canon in question that would make that prompt make more sense (like if the underage sex crimes were canonical), but... yeah, it's still a lot.

"I only want dead character A fangirling for B/C (who might also be dead) from beyond the grave" is also a bold choice. It's less, well, nonconny, but it's very bold to start the prompt with "here are some worldbuilding thoughts! Ignore that, I don't want that shit, write this very specific weird premise."
