I kind of respect it when people go the opposite way, ngl. Look at debirlfan. They are getting Airwolf or they are getting a fic for someone who has learned more about Airwolf than they did at the start of Yuletide. Or they're getting the tiniest most obscure possible little mobile game, but most likely, they're getting Airwolf.

The Pixar Airwolf Tiktok is just a bunch of AI generated images of the actors from Airwolf vaguely in the style of Pixar art, with Cars style eyes added to the Airwolf helicopter.

I respect that kind of energy too. I have entertained the prospect of having straight-ticket Death Note requests for at least one year (cobbled together from the eligible adaptations and spin-offs), but actually have varied interests and don't have the balls.

I would have loved to be an IPH! The person who picks you up will choose to write for you, and your gift will be a surprise!
I only had offers for my bigger fandom, so 90% that's what I'll get. It's fine, of course, but I like surprises.

I knew that going in - I was the only offer in 4 of my 5 requested fandoms approaching deadline, so I did consider whether to remove the 5th and chose not to. But it does mean I am pretty much guaranteed fic in the fandom which already exists.

I'm sorry. Badfic is always a risk, even if you're not a PH. But at least in my case, I would have liked not to know what I was going to get (though I can never be 100% sure).
