And nearly everybody still using ff.net crossposts to AO3 now, so unless it is a very old fandom you end up spending all that time filtering ff.net results and end up with like three that aren't crossposts.

Also if you really want to include large archives other than AO3 you ought to include wattpad, and good luck filtering *that*. So the result is recent shows with really active young wattpad fandoms get in, and something nobody has posted anything for since 2008 is still out. So probably past time for the change.
