Some of us *are* obsessed with our participation streaks but somehow still always manage to do something that will satisfy our recip and the rules without making a huge production of it.

Yep, I've had worse recips than the Prince Andrew lover they were assigned but I've managed to find something that works 90 percent of the time. I'll default when it's a rare case of the recip having a bad history, a bad history with me or our takes on the matched canon are wildly divergent and they didn't leave me a five minute fandom out.
