2. For AT LEAST sixty days. Not just the anon period.

Yeah, one of my treat recips in a previous year finally showed up in February and left me a lovely and very long comment. (Going by the timing more than likely prompted by the fact they'd signed up for Chocolate Box and realized they should probably get around to finishing commenting on previous treats if they wanted any new ones, but, hey, I'll take it.)

Depending on the year, that may have been me, and it was technically Chocolate Box that prompted it, but only in that Chocolate Box had me going to my dashboard and noticing that hey, I have more gifts than assignments - hey, wait, that means I got a treat!

(I was relatively new to the exchange scene, and hadn't learned to check in case notifs went screwy.)

No, this was somebody who ended up with multiple treats and commented on the others but didn't get around to mine, and basically said outright it was just procrastination when they finally did comment. (And actually I just looked them up and it looks like they signed up for multiple exchanges this year and haven't yet commented on gifts from any of them. Weird, because I checked back when I wrote for them and they used to reliably comment on all of their gifts within a few days up till that point.)
