Mostly canon-blind.

Sagas of Sundry: Dread (Web Series): The author has left html tags on the fic, and I'm not sure if it's on purpose? Is it a stylistic choice that fits with the canon? What the dialogue hints the dynamic to be seems interesting, but it feels a little lacking in clear character voice (although, again, I do not know the canon so maybe this is exactly how they speak). Enjoyed the prose overall!

Hair (1979): The beginning feels a little abrupt. Beyond that I found it really interesting! It made me intrigued to check out the canon, although I'd have loved a little more non-dialogue in between to feel the punch of some of these lines. I think the author does great with the small emotional things.

LOVE DEATH + ROBOTS (Cartoon): The beginning felt a little wikific-y or like the author needed to explain parts of the canon, but I really enjoyed the second half! I liked the pronoun switching bits, but also I'd have liked a little more on the confusion and the shared being of them. Really solid prose here as well, as well as scene-setting.

Murder Rooms: The Dark Beginnings of Sherlock Holmes: Love the descriptions, I think the author does really well in showing how the setting is perceived through the character's eyes. Personally not a fan of first person but that has nothing to do with the fic itself. Good character voices! The pacing is a little off to me, though, but that's a minor gripe, and I enjoyed reading it.

I think this is overall a pretty great selection!
