No. I think having someone write you spitefic is the worst thing that can happen to a person in a fic exchange.

Judge whoever you want. I don't care what's going on in your mind. But if you sign up for an exchange and are judging your recip so hard that you deliberately write them "1k of odao coal", you are an asshole and if you were on record saying this in namespace, I'd report this to the mod of every fic exchange you did. (Yes, I doubt the Yuletide mods would do much about it, but I know plenty of mods who would ban your ass with extreme prejudice.)

TBH if they were dumb enough to say it in namespace they'd deserve to be reported and I absolutely support 1000 words of spitefic for people who cross a certain line.
