And are you offering/requesting Yuletidey canons for it?

Me! I’m probably going to offer Yuletide ones. I tend to request 50/50 but I do steer away from current mega fandoms. I am someone who perpetually requests old fandoms haha

I'm requesting a canon which has 0 works and no tag, so I might be back in the 'Undisclosed Fandom' section, this time as the recipient. But I didn't request it in YT; I think I read it after noms closed anyway.

I might offer a tiny fandom I wrote for this yuletide, if anybody requests it. I had another idea which I didn't have time to write as a treat.

I haven't fully decided on my other slots.

I'm doing it for the first time this year!

I'm both requesting and offering the fandom I wrote for Yuletide. It wasn't one of my Yuletide requests, but Yuletide got me hyped about this pairing again and I thought of 10000 new prompts.

All my other requests are either Yuletide fandoms or rarepairs within a large fandom. Part of me wants to request Neo/Trinity in light of the events of the new Matrix movie... but I'm always leery of requesting a really popular fandom amongst smaller ones, because it means there's basically no surprise about which fandom I'll get.

I don't know that The Matrix is all that active a fandom? Even with ff.net it's just barely ineligible for Yuletide, and I haven't noticed the new movie getting all that much buzz. You might be fine.

I just figure a lot of people might offer it because they're familiar with the characters, whereas my other fandoms had 1 and 2 offers in Yuletide aside from myself.

This is my first year signing up! I did not pay much attention to the tagset while nominations were ongoing, but it looks like:
-the fandom/characters I wrote for Yuletide have been nominated!
-the two Yuletidey canons I did nom have also been nominated by other people!
-one canon that I almost added to my Yuletide sign up has been nominated by someone else!
So this all looks extremely promising, and I'm thinking this might be the exchange where I finally drop my usual 'request at least one popular fandom' and fill my requests & offers with tiny loves instead.

Me! I'm going to be requesting 3 of the same things I requested for YT, but adding in a couple of megafandom requests (sorry I just really love the MCU lol) too. Still figuring out what I want to offer.

Yes and yes to both questions. I am also asking for some rare pairs in some larger fandoms.

I'm just going to keep my eyes open for things I can treat. This Yuletide was the first time I've written anything in several years. It was fun but took me forever to finish! So I'll be low key and low stress on this one.

I usually request Yuletidey things because my favorite fandoms are so small. I nominated everything I could think of to be sure I can request what I want and hopefully have things to write, too.

I'm already spoiled for choice. I could game for one person and treat the rest, or offer to all the possibilities, be surprised at the assignment, and treat the rest. And this on the first day of sign-ups. I love this exchange.

I'm not, and I never do, I just circle the activity and then swoop in to gobble up the fic like a vulture.

I offer two whole canons that aren't Yuletide-sized, and I request basically the same stuff I always request, including during Yuletide.

Are there any fun looking crossovers? Every year I want to do one but I never end up looking.

Im requesting the fandom I treated for, because I have so much inspiration for them that I’ll never be able to write myself, and I’m hoping that the other person who wrote (excellent) fic for the same pairing might show up for chocbox too. The fandom won’t be eligible for Yuletide much longer, so I really hope people will do other exchanges too.

2/3 yuletide-acceptable canons, one of which is so yuletide-y it has no offers.

If I'm not a PH, I'll probably get the larger of the yuletide canons, because the non-yuletide canon is for a tiny rarepair, so likely the offers it has won't be matching with me.
