If someone had already requested a genderswapped male character, I'm not sure it would occur to me that it wasn't okay to make them a transgirl. Or for that matter to make them have their canon sexual orientation (and therefore probably be a lesbian).

So clearly people have different assumptions about this and it's best to be clear.

I'm irritated because while some writers are putting in trans characters to explore trans identity, the vast majority clearly and obviously have a kink for trans characters, be that a sexual kink or not, and are shoving their kink unrequested into people's gifts, with a veneer of social justice covering them. You must be a bigot for not wanting their kink, and never mind that you yourself are trans and hate how your identity gets fetishized by kinky assholes.
