Wait, I thought EPH was after reveals? Don't people always talk about whether or not you'd ask for an EPH if you got [XYX] as your Yuletide gift?

DC I thought EPH was anything post-default deadline - either a late pinch hit was defaulted or there was a rule violation. PHotA is anything after the stories are revealed, it's a subset.

EPH is after reveals. Pinch hit of the apocalypse is a looser term and could mean either, but for contrast I was assuming a pinch hit that holds up the exchange. Both are very high-profile, though.
