I have written for Yuletide with co-authors, didn't put it in Madness, no moderators got mad or anything.

The story was over 1000 words, contained the requested character(s) in the fandom of one of the recipient's requests, and respected their DNWs. That is it for the requirements.

Pretty sure you can, therefore.

Ask forgiveness, not permission. Write with coauthors and add the second author just before author reveals.

AYRT Never give a committee the option to say "no" because they will almost always kneekjerk to that "no" without actually giving consideration to the request.
