Who's got an early start and actually done one? And who is still deciding what to nom/request and possibly leave letters to the very last minute?

I haven't written my letter but am planning it - most of my requests will be the same except for one very sweet five-minute fandom I've decided I want to ask for.

I've got the bones of one since I don't change much of the general info stuff from exchange to exchange, but I have to separate what I want to request from what I want to offer and then write prompts.

Mine is just going to be the letter I used for another exchange this year, except slightly reformatted for Yuletide (and one non-Yuletide request taken out). So yeah, I'm mostly done!

Just posted my trick or treat letter, which will be my yuletide letter with one or two tweaks.

Unless I decide to add a fandom, I'm done with my letter. I might have to check my fandoms' eligibility, but they were all small to non-existent when I last checked, so I doubt they suddenly got big in the past year or so.

I usually nominate three things I am definitely requesting, and wait for the tagset for anything else. But I am actually stalled at only two things to nom this year? We'll see if I come up with another one in time.
