Yes, but there are Star Wars and Marvel and DC series with that much overlap that also got in. The game has a protag who isn't Harry, who hangs out primarily with characters that aren't from the books, and does tasks that don't affect the main storyline. There's no "semi-related offshoots from big fandoms can get in unless they're Harry Potter" rule.
