Yes. Prompts are not "here are some things a writer can easily do within the minimum word count" or options for every kind of writer, they are only the kind of stories that I most want. If my assigned writer prefers to write no more than 1k, they are free to simplify one of my prompts or simply write one of my less specific general likes or even go ODAO.
