Tarlan has already happened. They made themselves happen with a wanky post, and before that by making low-quality, lo-res icons and wallpaper gifts that they deleted. Then after their wanky post, they tried to claim that they were playing ~devil's advocate. But the devil does not need an advocate.

I don't believe they're the troll. But they are definitely a wanker, and few people seem to like them.

The troll is SweetSorcery, currently wanking up a storm on her own DW about how Fandom Giftbasket will never ever open and she can't even keep track of how many delays there's been.

SweetSorcery's previous tantrum involved pulling a finished fic from an exchange so she and her friend could just give each other their fics when the exchange was delayed.
