Yes, those are correct, and just "Farscape" is correct for the fandom*. Thank you for nominating!

* AO3 has two Farscapes because of production issues. Farscape was intended to be a five season TV show, but got abruptly cancelled at the end of the fourth season on a massive cliffhanger. One of the producers managed to later get the rights back and condensed the major arc of the fifth season down into a three hour special, "Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars", which released a couple of years later, following directly on from the previous season and wrapping everything up.
