I wasn't expecting the three-box option to be so clearly in the lead.

Here's three options from me:

-Is it that the people most likely to read admin posts are most likely to want rules and Moar Checkboxes?

-Is it vote inflation?

-Is it likely to be what people really want?

Language is too indirect.

Choices should be:

1. I chose characters and I meant them. Give them to me.

2. I chose characters but it's complicated. Your prize for reading my requests twenty times is you get to leave some out.

3. I chose characters from the tag set. Now YOU may choose characters from my choices. Choices for everyone!

4. I didn't choose characters. The character space above this line is blank. My writer gets to choose from the tag set. I am demonstrating that I understand the rules, go me!
