IMO yes. (don't like long fic, therefore wouldn't sign up for FFX or Heart Attack - FiaB js different because high odds of shorter fic and other stuff added)

FIAB has higher odds of short fic, but I would say don't sign up there either if you don't want long fic. Lots of people still choose to write the one 10k+ fic.

+1 I just looked, and there are currently 63 fics in the collection that are at least 10k, and 178 participants signed up. So presumably around a third of participants are getting 10k+ gifts.

I did FiaB and I wrote my recip a single 10k+ fic. If they didn't want that, they shouldn't have signed up for a 10k+ exchange.
