New post timeframe?

(Anonymous) 2021-10-28 06:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Was it decided to do a new post when Assignments went out or Sign-Ups are visible? I tried to search back through this instance and couldn't find the conversation, so maybe I just remembered it happening. Wouldn't have been the first time...

The new post went up when the letters post went up. There probably won’t be a new post until the default deadline or the comments hit capcha (5k?).

Yep, captcha kicks in at 5k on DW.

coalcube too lazy to sign in because they're commenting from work

Correct. I have no intention of opening a new post before the next major Yuletide date or if this post hits 5k. I am a benevolent tyrant however so if someone has a case for why they think 2.8k comments and after all fics have been revealed is a good time for a new post, I will listen to it.

NA

Thanks for confirming! I realized I was thinking of last year when we had a new post up with assignments. It certainly still feels like 2020 in some ways. Ha!
