I get the 'insert scene' and the copypasta, but sentence fragment? Do people really write that way? If I didn't finish the paragraph or at least the sentence, when I got back to writing, I'd have no idea where I was going with it.

I've seen this in writing advice - stop in the middle of a scene or sentence, so you can easily jump back into the flow next time, instead of trying to summon inspiration again.

It might work for some brains, but mine is the same as yours - I would totally forget whatever brilliant ending I had planned.
