There's an "Only fandoms with letters" at the top. Prompts presumably come later once signups are done.

What the coalie above me said! It'll show up again once Madness hits but for now there are only letters, so you get the show only letters ticky instead.

Thanks for the explanations- for some reason I had misremembered the prompt ticky box being there from the start, and was confused.
