I personally find it off-putting. :/ Them requesting literally every version of Voltron and every character in the tagset means I can't offer any of them. Their headcanons aren't mine and and I know I couldn't write something that would make both them and me happy.

Like, I'm not about to stop them from requesting what they want, but since they request every character nominated in those fandoms in every exchange, it's impossible to game away from them specifically. Not offering the fandoms is the only way to avoid them.

Ah coalie I've been there, and I know a few other people in namespace feel similarly, so it's not just you. I always knew if I matched with them that I would ODAO and write what I wanted to write, but I understand not everyone's up for that (and of course, ideally I would also prefer to write my recip something they'd enjoy). They're sort of like the L_K of Voltron, except they leave good comments.
