I tried asking the mods for prompts once, but the response was basically "ODAO!"

Yeah, it's kind of a CYA move, I admit. If the person responds and gives me some ideas, fantastic! If not, time to shrug and write what I want, prompt-scavenge from letters, and otherwise continue knowing I tried.

It's unlikely it would ever affect me since I give multiple prompts, but I'm actually glad if this is how they handle that.
