Aren't those TV ships? The Witcher (TV) is way too big for Yuletide anymore.

If someone wanted Geralt/Jaskier sex pollen smut under the video game or book, could someone who's only seen the TV show pull that off, or are there such huge differences between the characters in all mediums that it would be obvious?

If they wanted it for the books, you could probably get by, since the show is adapted from the books. The games are very different as they're set post-book series, and I think that unless you wrote a PWP with very little setting involved it would not be satisfying to a games-only person.

(That said, Geralt/Jaskier was a rare ship until the TV series, and I would be surprised if anyone asked for it in a book or game context pre-TV show!)
