PWP disconnected from the main plot & big reveals would be best. I've thought a lot about Higgs riding Sam with his face nearly exposed to timefall, but anything surrounding risk and reckless abandon is A+. Incorporating surreal prose and eldritch bullshit is also a great starting point

Wow. DNW: consensual, a PWP request for an unnominated ship (made under a & tag, no less), AND "DNW AU" on a request that I'm guessing isn't super-canonical? (I don't know the fandom, coalies, is it IC for Higgs to be recklessly riding Sam?)

Regardless of characterization, DNW AU alongside "don't touch on the canon plot because I haven't played most of the game and don't want to be spoiled" is a shitty needle to make your author thread.

Those requests are moot. The tag is A & B, details specifying A/[unnominated]C PWP are irrelevant.

At the moment this person looks easy to game away from, but a participant receiving a request like this IMO should go to the mods and say, "I signed up to write A&B, this person is clearly not going to be happy with that," and the mods IMO should assign the writer to another person whose requests match their offers (double assigning happens all the time initially, after all), and default the recip for being an asshole and misusing their ODs and DNWs to box the writer in. I feel in this instance, the mods saying "ODAO!" is...not helpful.)

Looking at their other requests, only one (maybe two? I'm not sure I understand how the "character of your choice" pairing is supposed to work, that is, whose choice?) actually requests the pairings in the tag. Basically, if they don't match on FFXIV I pity their writer. Also maybe they should consider nominating the pairings they want, ugh.

SC also it looks like they haven't participated in an AO3 exchange before, so maybe they are just ignorant, not being an asshole.

The prompt is terrible in almost every conceivable way but I will admit that Higgs does seem into bad-touching Sam in the game.
