Why is this a problem, though? OW counts as only one fandom, so it's not like someone can just request only OW in every exchange.

I am sick to death of the OW wank. Some of my favorite gifts have been OW, and not allowing OW in exchanges won't magically make more fic for the wankers' fandoms appear.
