For two very different shades of dysfunction, I liked "A Paler Shade Of White" over in Madness, a Withnail & I fic where Withnail and Marwood reunite:

ALL the stories for The Lighthouse, both main collection and madness. Oh man, they're all really good, and the Ephraim/Thomas relationship is full of what the fuckery, just like in the movie. Good, good stuff.

+1, 4 out of 5 Rocketman fics are deeply unhealthy/dysfunctional m/m (Elton John/John Reid is canonical)
